The Regents Court residency commenced in October 2005 and was our way of creating a space to help make projects happen.  

We offered a ground floor studio apartment (Room 3) for artists and writers wishing to find a sanctuary in Sydney to work on a specific project.   In exchange for 3 - 5 weeks accommodation, we asked the residents to help maintain our rooftop garden. This initiative was unfunded and and was particularly suited to people handy with a watering can!  Green thumbs were not essential.    For more details on our residents and projects please see our Residents page.
